Derma darah di klinik tabung darah

Dah habis tahun 3, so kena praktikal la. Aq minta praktikal kat HTAA. Nak wat camner, tu je hosp paling dekat. Banyak perkara aq belajar kat sini. Yang paling penting, lepas habis praktikal, aq buat keputusan nak sambung master. Kerja tu xdelah best sangat. Tapi kalau dah jodoh satu hari nanti aq keje kat situ, semoga aq dapat kwn2 keje yg best. Nak gtaw, lab hema paling best. Aq pun xtaw ape yg best.. hehe.. Beza dengan PPUKM, kat sini ada lab tabung darah. PPUKM nak buat juga nanti lab ni. Sekarang nak share pengalaman aq bertugas kat tabung darah.

Sebelum nak ambil darah org, kene lah derma darah dulu. So aq pun dermalah darah AB aq yg jarang ditemui ni. Step2 derma darah di klinik tabung darah :

1. Daftar. Isi borang ape yg patut. Selepas dah check kat comp yg org tu bebas HIV n penyakit berbahaya yg lain, baru leh cont..

2. Timbang berat. Berat aq dotdotdot. Encik tu xcaya, katanye aq berat sangat.. lepas tu baru aq sedar rupanya aq xcabut kasut masa timbang.. amende la.. minimum berat adelah 45kg.

3. Ujian hemoglobin. Aq xingat la minimum brapa.. dalam 11.5 kot.. ape2 pun tips dia adalah makan dengan cukup b4 nak derma tu.

4. Dapat buku dan borang untuk jumpa doctor.

5. Jumpa doctor. Ambil tekanan darah. BP aq cukup2 makan je..mmg borderline…rupe2nye doc tu org pasir mas jugak! Tp aq segan lah nak borak lama2.. hee..

6. Releks2 kat kerusi derma darah tu, sangat selesa sampai boleh tido!

7. Nurse cucuk ubat tahan sakit.

8. Derma darah! Darah aq lambat kluar, malu2 nak kluar agaknya. Sebenarnya sebab dia lmbat nak kluar adelah salur darah aq kecik sangat. Sebab lama sangat, tangan aq dah jadi lemah nak pam darah. Akhirnye sikit je darah yg dapat. Nurse terpaksa cabut jarum b4 bag darah tu penuh.. So lepas ni aq xnak derma darah dah..

9. Cabut jarum. Tekan tempat cucuk tadi dengan kapas. If x, darah xberhenti kluar.

10. Rehat 10 minit. Make sure xpening, baru bangun.

11. Ambil ubat.

12. Makan2! Menyesal derma darah hari tu, sebab kebetulan makanan xbest..haha..

Selepas selesai sumenye, perasaan sangat epy sebab dapat tolong orang. ^_^ berat badan xberkurang pun lepas derma darah, sedihnya.. huu.. aq dengan bangganya gtaw korang2 yg derma darah xsakitpun. Tapi sebab salur darah aq kecik, bagi aq sakit la sikit. If normal, patutnya xsakit. Ag pun dia da suntik ubat tahan sakit b4 ambil darah. Kalau xguna ubat tahan sakit, mmg sakit la sebab seyesly jarum dia besar! Xyah tengok la masa dia cucuk tu..huu..seram.. ada org akan sakit sebab ubat tu xberi kesan kat dia. Apa2 pun xdealah sakit sangat sampai xnak derma darah lagi. Most people kalau dah derma sekali, akan nak lagi.. hee..

Al-kisah Park Jung Min and facebook

Something that I won’t forget until the rest of my life. Recently, JM start using a facebook! After so many fake accounts of him, now JM open an official facebook account for his fans. After that, I found out that he also open another facebook account which needs him to approve TS one by one. Heard so many TS complaining about that facebook, JM takes long time to approve. Well, that’s not weird. I just add him and the next time I on9, he already approve me. I look at his status, he told TS that he got like 3k friend requests. So I was like, I’m so lucky that he approve me so fast and that time he only got less than 1k friends. I leave some comments just like he told TS at his status, he loves if TS come and leave some comments. At JM official facebook account, of course there are so many fans. JM also make a new twitter account that link directly to his official facebook account. His new twitter @JungMin0403. After I leave some comments, I was thinking that I want him to reply. Because that time he doesn’t have so many friends, I think he can reply me. LOL. But I’m not hoping too much. But still I went to my twitter account, and I saw JM on9 so I twit him; asking him whether he reply our comments at his facebook. The next time I on9, I saw notification JM reply me. 8 september, I will not forget this date ^_^. Gomawo oppa. But now his facebook is gone! somebody hack his facebook. Nevermind, if he still have that facebook also will be difficult for him because can't add many friends. 1st time I'm writing my blog fully English, hope other TS can understand.

Amali Phlebotomi

After lecture phlebotomy last year, only this year we got the amali! So nak share la camne wat phlebotomi ni. We must do it 3 times successfully to get the signature. Mula2 tu rasa nak nangis.. keke.. tapi sekarang, rasa best jugak tapi aq xcakap aq suka cucuk orang OK.. ^__^ tp daripada dicucuk, lebih baik mencucuk..

Setinggi2 penghargaan kepada mangsa2 yang kena phlebotomi oleh aq..

1. maisara.. 1st time buat depan dr z, mula2 tu aq cool je.. pas2 tangan ketar2.. cian mai, aq taw mesti sakit sebab tangan aq ketar2 masa nak tarik jarum keluar.. tapi nak wat camne xley nak control.. huhu.. pas2 aq jugak cuak takut dr kate aq fail pas2 kena wat balik, tapi aq telah lulus dengan pecubaan kali pertama! Yeay!

2. sara omar.. ni da ok, xde ketar2 da.. Cuma aq nak pastikan pt xsakit.. ^__^ sara cakap xsakit, aq sangat epy! Hehe..

3. fiza.. masa aq nak cucuk tu, dia suruh aq stop lak.. dia yang xready.. huhu.. tapi last2 ok jugak!

Setelah mendengar penjelasan daripada mangsa2 aq, aq lak nak cakap.. mende ni xsakit kalau cara dia betul… cara-cara yang aq blaja la, camni..

1. Kene relaxkan diri pas2 baru relaxkan pt.. keke..

2. Tengok tempat mane nak cucuk.. pilih vein paling beso sekali.. tangan kanan or kiri xkisah

3. Siapkan peralatan – get rid of the air

4. Ikat tangan.. soh dia genggam kasi vein tu lebey clear..

5. Swab

6. Cucuk lam 15 degrees.. dalam mana nak cucuk tu depends on the vein, kalau korang rasa vein tu dalam, cucuk dalam ckit.. tapi jangan lebey 1cm ok.. kalo da 1cm cucuk, xkuar2 darah maknenya salah cucuk la tu xkena vein, so kluarkan balik jarum and cari balik vein..

7. Lepaskan ikatan

8. Baru letak kapas n tarik jarum slowly

9. Jangan lupe put a little pressure kat tempat cucuk tadi untuk elakkan hematoma

Senang je kot tapi aq actually xsuka wat mende ni. Sebab aq pun xsuka orang cucuk aq.. huhu.. ni pulak kesalahan2 yang biasa dibuat..

1. Yang macam aq buat 1^st time tu la, ketar2.. relax sudah.. xde sape mati wat menda ni ok..

2. Cucuk lambat2.. if cucuk lambat, t darah tu xmasuk jarum.. if da cucuk tu, go on je..

3. Xreti cari vein, cucuk2 darah xkuar.. memang ada orang tu susah nak nampak vein tapi lama2 biasa la tu..

4. Tarik jarum dulu before lepaskan ikatan

5. Xjaga jarum tol2.. jarum tu ada cap, bila da yakin nak cucuk baru buka cap and terus cucuk.. kalo x nanti, akan tercucuk masa korang ngah pikir2 kat mana vein..

Ok la, tu jea kot kesalahannye.. apa aq gtaw ni, apa yang berlaku.. kalau ada salah silap, biasa la budak baru belajar! Lagipun aq tulis dalam ni supaya nak ingatkan aq balik jugak nanti da keje.. huhu..

ANOPHELINAE & CULICINAE : LARVAE

The larva (larvae - plural) hidup dalam air, dia dok kat permukaan air sebab nak bernafas.. They shed their skin 4x growing larger after each molting. Most larvae have siphon tubes for breathing and hang from the water surface. The larva feed on micro-organisms and organic matter in the water. On the fourth molt the larva changes into a pupa.

Mosquito larvae, commonly called "wigglers" or "wrigglers", must live in water from 7 to 14 days depending on water temperature.

Larvae must come to the surface at frequent intervals to obtain oxygen through a breathing tube called a siphon. The larva eats algae and small organisms which live in the water.

During growth, the larva molts (sheds its skin) four times. The stages between molts are called instars. At the 4th instar, the larva reaches a length of almost 1/2 inch.

When the 4th instar larva molts it becomes a pupa.

Program Bakti Siswa di rumah anak yatim

tahun depan nak masuk tahun 3 da, n cuti sem 8 mei baru ni ade program kat rumah anak yatim.. camne ley lupa lak name rumah ni tp tempatnya kat kuang, selangor.. hari yang sangat memenatkan tp best la.. ni 1st time join program berkaitan anak yatim and bekerjasama dengan nurse and MLT.. ok la, aq akan cter ape aq dapat kat cnie..

1. susahnye nak layan dak2 ni, macam2 kerenah.. aq xberjaya cucuk 2 orang budak.. sedih gler.. penat pujuk tp katanye sakit kene cucuk.. haihs.. padahal xdea sakit sgt.. aq buat dengan penuh kasih sayang so mane sakit sangat..
2. untuk bermood yang ok whole day mmg susah.. maybe aq kena praktis lagi.. huhu.. sangat respect pada doc yg boleh ag senyum walaupun penat camne pun..
3. 1st time keje ngan nurse, well.. nasihat aq, kena la saling hormat n everything will be fine.. aq ley cakap they all just ok
4. paling aq ske sebab keje ngan MLT.. nanti keje aq jadi boss dyorg tp b4 that aq kena la taw ape yg dyorg buat kan.. so aq banyak la tanye and blaja banyak menda.. kusyuk sangat bercakap sampai lupa nak ambil gambar bersame.. huhu.. anyway, thanx akak!
5. problem ag adelah, pantang leka sikit dak2 ni main2 ngan barang klinikal ktorg.. adoi, pening kepala.. tibe2 nampak ade budak buat belon dengan glove ktorg.. mcam2 ag la..

sangat bersyukur aq ade mak bapak ag.. insaf jap.. huhu.. tp adik2 kat cnie aq tengok ade banyak prog, dyorg xdea terbiar sgt.. good la.. 1 more thing to share, korang taw x yang untuk malay biasanya ramai yang darah jenis 0 pas2 follow by B, A and last AB.. aq adela AB.. kedekut.. huhu..

Wilson's disease

kali ni aq nak share sal Wilson's disease lak.. hancuss tol.. kejap BM kejap BI.. huhu.. tp aq wat asemen ni lam BI so penerangan lam BI la ye.. kang nak fully speaking, cam teror BI sgt lak aq ni.. part aq adelah lebey kepade treatment, sebenarnya ktorg kene wat lam group keje ni.. aq sorang je malay lam group aq, lain chinese tp they all nice la.. sorang je laki.. kat sini aq letak main point je ok.. nak banyak2 info crek sendiri ;p

Wilson's disease or hepatolenticular degeneration is an autosomal recessive genetic disorder in which copper accumulates in tissues; this manifests as neurological or psychiatric symptoms and liver disease.

Treatment
Treatment for Wilson's disease is effective if diagnosis occurs before the onset of life-threatening symptoms. The goal of treatment is to remove excessive copper from the body and prevent it from reaccumulating. If treatment is stopped, the disease can be fatal.

1. Drug Treatment
a. Penicillamine (Cuprimine, Depen)
b. Trientine (Syprine)
c. Zinc acetate (Galzin)

2. Dietary Therapy
a. Dietary changes require avoiding certain foods yang ni aq suka nak xplain ckit, namenye penyakit hati n kene elakkan makan hati jugak.. cam klaka lak.. hee.. seyes ni jangan makan hati sebab high copper lam hati.. coklat, kacang and cendawan pun kene elak.. xlbey dp skali sminggu.. xdea xmkan langsung.. ok ^^

b. Vitamin E supplements
c. A low-copper diet

3. Liver Transplantation

Expectations (prognosis)
Lifelong treatment is required to control the disorder. The disorder may cause fatal effects, especially loss of liver function and toxic effects of copper on the nervous system. In cases where the disorder is not fatal, symptoms may be disabling.

Eggs are laid one at a time and they float on the surface of the water. In the case of Culex and Culiseta species, the eggs are stuck together in rafts of a hundred or more eggs. Anopheles and Aedes species do not make egg rafts but lay their eggs separately. Culex, Culiseta, and Anopheles lay their eggs on water while Aedes lay their eggs on damp soil that will be flooded by water. Most eggs hatch into larvae within 48 hours.

Tiny mosquito larvae emerge from the eggs within 24 hours.
